Mount Road is the main arterial between the M4 freeway (BEACHFRONT) and Cape Road (Newton Park / Mill Park area). Cape Rd & Newton Park essentially form the heart of PE’s business district and Mill Park is one the most affluent residential area of Port Elizabeth. The site captures traffic heading up Mount Rd towards Cape Rd / Mill Park or turning right into Diaz Ave towards Newton Park / Greenacres & Western Suburbs.
