Mount Road cuts through the centre of residential suburbs Mount Croix, Glendinningvale and Millard Grange. It is the main arterial road between suburbs of Mill Park, Walmer, Newton Park and the M4 Freeway and CBD / Govan Mbeki Ave. This site captures Eastbound traffic coming from Mill Park / Cape Rd surrounding areas entering the CBD and also towards the M4 Freeway – mainly en route to work in the morning.
