The site is located on Plein Street and is a stone throw from The Houses of Parliament, Private businesses and Council Chambers. It's primarily visible to traffic entering the heart of the CBD from De Waal Drive and is visible when entering Roeland Street and Plein Street. A secondary facet to this site is that it doubles up as a great pedestrian site in a busy section of the CBD.
